Backlighting - Experiments with Light

After combining our ideas, we chose some of the elements which all three of us were interested in - which happens to be the translucent, atmospheric quality. So we decided to do some small experiments with backlighting and see how different materials respond to the casting of light.

Brief:


Working in groups of no less than 2 and no more than 3 people fabricate a SKYRISE.

Requirements: Your SKYRISE must reach a minimum height of 10m. The SKYRISE must take up no more than 2.5 x 2.5m square floor area. The SKYRISE must be self-supporting, you may not affix to the site in any way. All entrants will be required to prepare a health and safety plan for their project and to follow any instructions given for exhibition safety requirements.
